Do you accept insurance

While we are not in-network with any insurance companies, many insurance plans offer out-of-network coverage. We will provide documentation at the end of each month for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

How much do sessions cost?

Our out-of-pocket fee is $225 per session for Individual Therapy and $250 for Couples Therapy.

Do you offer in person sessions?

Yes, we offer in-person sessions at our office in St. Petersburg, FL. We also offer video sessions to all residents in Florida and Illinois.

What if I don't live in St. Petersburg, FL?

If you are a resident of Florida outside of St. Petersburg, we offer telehealth sessions over video.

What if I don't live in Florida?

We are also licensed in the state of Illinois and offer telehealth therapy to residents of Illinois.

What can I expect in my first session?

For our first session, we will discuss what led you to seek out therapy at this time and what you are hoping to gain (if you are not sure, that is normal and a great place to start and explore). This is also an opportunity to share what works for you and what doesn't, especially if you have previous experience with therapy.
